Important Information

As a seller with Ritch Commercial, you are not required to buy any products upfront. Once you register as a qualified seller, you will have access to a variety of products and can choose the ones that best fit your market and sales strategy.

Once you receive a product, you will see the fixed price set by the business. For example, if you choose a cell phone and its fixed price is $200, this means that after selling the phone, you must return $200 to the business. However, as a seller, you have full control over your selling price. You can sell the phone for $250 or $300, and the profit you make beyond the fixed price belongs entirely to you.

This system applies to all products. This is how you earn money—not by receiving a salary from the business, but by setting your own prices and keeping your profits.

  • You are responsible for setting your own prices based on your market and customers.
  • The fixed price of each product must be paid to the business after selling the item.
  • You do not need to invest any money upfront to access products.
  • You must manage your sales efficiently to ensure a steady income.
  • If you take a product but fail to sell it within a reasonable time, you must return it so another seller can have the opportunity to work with it.

Rental Products

Rental products operate differently from regular sale items. If you choose a rental product, such as a car wash machine, here’s how it works:

  1. Signing a Contract – You will sign an agreement with Ritch Commercial stating that you are responsible for using the product and making monthly payments.
  2. Ownership While in Use – The product is yours to use as long as you make the agreed-upon monthly payments.
  3. Fixed Monthly Payment – The business will set a fixed amount that you must pay each month for the rental product.
  4. Non-Payment Policy – If you fail to make payments for three consecutive months, Ritch Commercial will reclaim the product and assign it to another seller who is willing to work with it.
  5. Active Use Requirement – The product must be actively used for business purposes. If you are not working or using it to generate income, the business reserves the right to take it back.
  6. Responsible Use – You must maintain the product in good condition. Any damage caused by negligence will be the seller’s responsibility.
  7. Opportunities for Growth – If you prove to be a responsible and successful renter, you may qualify for better business opportunities, additional rental products, or even financing options to own your equipment.

his system ensures that rental products are used effectively by those who are serious about making money and managing their businesses responsibly. By respecting the rental agreement, you can continue to use the product to generate steady income for yourself while maintaining a good relationship with the business.
